Our FAQs
What is digitizing?
Digitizing is the process of converting your design into stitch paths that the machine needs in order to embroider. It is not the same as a vector or cad file.
If I have my logo digitized once, do I have to pay the fee again if I want more embroidery?
No, it is a one time fee. Once it’s digitized, we keep it on file for you to use as many times as you’d like on future garments.
If I have multiple logos to be digitized, do I have to pay for each individually?
Yes, each logo is individual and goes through its own digitizing process.
What is your turnaround time on bulk orders?
7-10 business days. If it will be ready in less, or if we need more time, we’ll let you know!
Do you accept rush orders?
Yes, as long as there is a reasonable amount of time to complete the order. Rush fee is applied. That being said, we may not have the exact color you need. We recommend you keep revisions.
Do you require a minimum amount of items?
Nope! You can bring as little as one item.
Do you have a stitch limit?
No, however, the longer something takes to print, the more expensive it is to make.
How large can a design be?
The size of a design depends on the size of the garment and hoop. Give us a call at 305-790-1779 for more guidance.
How small can a design be?
We recommend that your design not be too small, especially if it is detailed. We want to make sure all writing is legible and that we keep the integrity of the design. The smaller you go, the less coherent your design is.
Can you do puff embroidery?
Yes for an additional cost, however, only hats permit puff embroidery, and not all logos work with puff embroidery.
Can you embroider the bill of a hat?
Unfortunately we cannot. Most hats that you see with embroidered bills were done on the fabric before it became a hat.
What is the limit on thread colors, if any?
We have a limit of 20 thread colors.
What file do you need my logo in?
Any file works! Even a screenshot.
Can I supply my own apparel to be embroidered?
Yes, of course!
